DESCRIPTION:VIP Reception at Zygote Press: PROOF Fellows Exhibition Opening\nMarch 14\, 5:00 p.m.\nZygote Press \nJoin fellow Print Club members for a special visit to Zygote Press\, where we’ll explore the studio\, view an exhibition of work by this year’s PROOF fellows\, and meet the artists themselves. \nZygote’s PROOF (Print Residency of Ohio’s Future) Fellowship is an annual residency program for Northeast Ohio artists from historically underrepresented communities. The program’s aim is to offer non-printmaking artists the opportunity to learn a variety of printmaking techniques and to then complete a body of work in their new medium. This year Zygote has hosted a photographer\, two designers\, and three multidisciplinary artists\, whom you can read more about here.) This exhibition is the culmination of a year’s efforts in the studio\, and the results are extraordinary.
